About

I'm an Englishman, balancing my time between LA and London, currently serving as the in-house Art Director and Development Lead at Blur Studios, collaborating directly with luminaries David Fincher and Tim Miller across all Animation and Film projects.

My trajectory began with an invitation from Oscar-winning Alan "Lord of the Rings" Lee, to the Weta Workshop in New Zealand. There, under the tutelage of Sir Richard Taylor, I contributed to iconic projects like "Avatar" and "The Chronicles of Narnia," to name a few, engaging in concept art, prop building, and miniature creation. Transitioning from a decade in the trenches, I assumed the role of Lead Art Director for the 2020 World Expo in their Los Angeles offices.

It was during this period that I immersed myself in emerging technologies such as AR/VR/XR and real-time production, culminating in the privilege of Art Directing the ground-breaking AR/virtual production Disney+ short "Remembering".

With multiple EMMY nominations for graphic design and Art Direction, I take great pride in spearheading innovation across all dimensions of concept and design in Film, Animation, Game, AR/VR/XR, and Virtual Productions.
